DescriptionContinental Currency February 17, 1776 $5 PCGS Apparent Choice About New 55.
While the comments of mounting remnants and damage are certainly true they do little to affect the sheer beauty of this superbly printed and enormously margined Continental note. The $5 denomination is actually quite a bit more desirable than some of the other more common whole denomination notes. In our FUN sale, we just sold a PCGS EF 45 for $493.50 and this note is far prettier in every regard.
