DescriptionContinental Currency February 17, 1776 $1 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30.
A very nice example of this extremely desirable $1 denomination, which is only found in five of the eleven Continental emissions. The last comparable example we sold was a PCGS VF 20 that brought $305.50. This note has edge damage at bottom left and small rust stains but it also far superior in terms of grade and eye appeal.
