Historic Fugio Design Note -- Motifs by Franklin

Continental Currency February 17, 1776 $1/2 Fr. CC-21 PMG Choice Very Fine 35.
An attractive February 17, 1776, small-denomination note with Benjamin Franklin-designed motifs on both sides. Plate A. Both the face sundial and back chain are strong. The paper still exhibits original blue threads. Sharp printing is seen on both sides, and the note is well margined except at the right. There are some faint foxing patches here and there. These are always popular.
    From The Mike Coltrane Collection.
