DescriptionContinental Currency Feb. 26, 1777 $30 PCGS Extremely Fine 45PPQ.
A very lightly handled example of the highest denomination from this desirable Baltimore issue. This denomination also has two emblems on the back, adding to the appeal for collectors. They are known as the Baltimore issue because the notes were authorized by the Continental Congress when they convened in Baltimore because of Philadelphia's occupation by the British. Richard Cromwell and James Kelso signed this well printed note.
