    Description

Uncancelled Connecticut October 11, 1777 5d PCGS About New 53.
A superior example for this grade or any other as it looks like a well embossed near gem when viewed through the third party holder. It is uncancelled and as such is much scarcer than a typical slash cancelled note. We just sold a somewhat toned VF-EF note with a slash cancel for $129.25. This note is vastly superior and uncancelled and the price which it obtains will be much more, as the colonial currency market has picked up dramatically in the past few months.
