    Description

Connecticut May 10, 1770 5s Very Fine. The body of this note grades Very Fine as there is minimal evidence of circulation. The note is slash cancelled and has been expertly sewn together along the center fold. This is a very pleasing example of a very scarce early Connecticut issue that lists for $450 in VF in the Friedberg compendium.

    Estimate: $300 - up.
