    Description

Connecticut June 19, 1776 9d PCGS Apparent Choice About New 58.
The hallmarks of this example are strong embossing, bright paper, clean even margins, and a bold signature in red ink. PCGS gives the note an Apparent designation due to a tiny tear just below the " > " in the bottom right margin. This very minor shortcoming is more than offset by this note's extraordinary eye appeal.
