    A well-preserved uncut sheet with bold embossing. This is only the second multiple of these that we have offered, this time four uncut notes compared to a previous two. That uncut pair graded PMG 64 and realized $223.25 last February. Oliver Wolcott, a signer of both the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation, is listed as Comptroller of the Public Accounts on this certificate. Wolcott also was the 19th governor of Connecticut.
