Connecticut June 7, 1776 1s PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.
This issue is rare in any grade when uncancelled, but this incredible example is far from any grade. It is the single finest by two points at PMG and is the lone 67 at PCGS. The red signature and serial numbers are bold and legible, the margins are incredible, and the original embossing is as good as any we've ever seen. In spite of this being a very common issue, as a condition rarity it is irreplaceable and the perfect note to represent the colony in the ultimate registry set. Spectacular.
