    Charles Pickney Jr. Signature South Carolina April 10, 1778 2s 6d PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.
    A "Ch. Pinckney Junior" signature is found on this note. PCGS has graded three other examples at this level, with just one finer. PMG's statistics reveal that they have not graded a single example equal or higher. Pinckney, Jr. was a signer of the United States Constitution, a governor of South Carolina, a United States senator, and a member of the House of Representatives. He was also a first cousin once removed of fellow signer of the Constitution, Charles Cotesworth Pinckney.
