Description

Toronto, ON- The Canadian Bank of Commerce $10 May 1, 1912 Ch. # 75-14-28
We have always regarded this design with its use of color as one of the prettiest within the chartered banks. Therefore, it is no wonder that someone else a long time ago decided to make this note a cherished wallet piece. It has the folds of a Fine, but there is wallet staining, pieces missing around the edges, and a "12" is hand-written in red at left. Still, it is a note with plenty of character. There will be no returns on this lot for any reason.

    Estimate: $450 - $650.
