    The face proof has an approximate half inch bottom margin tear and the bottom right-hand corner has become dislodged. A faded "Cancelled" statement in red ink is found across the vignette, while "Cancelled" has been rubber-stamped twice within the signature blocks. Blue pencil marks are also found in the signature blocks. Crisp Uncirculated, damage.
    The back proof has a faded red ink notation, while a pencil mark bisects this back proof. Crisp Uncirculated.
