    This short-lived banking venture collapsed after a run due to the failure of The International Bank within a few months of this bank opening in 1859. Queen Victoria is seen in the attractive central portrait of this issued note. A representation of Justice is observed at left. An "8" has been overstamped on the face and a circular rubber stamped area is seen on the back. PMG Very Fine 25. Pinholes were mentioned.
