    Description

St. John, NB- Bank of New Brunswick $5 1.9.1868 Ch.# 515-14-26 PMG Very Fine 20.
Currently occupying the lone spot in the PMG Population Report, this Victorian-era rarity should see spirited bidding, as this could be the first time this Charlton number is offered in a major auction. All details are clearly visible on this decent example. Minor stains are mentioned but they do little to detract from the overall appearance. Our estimates could prove conservative, as this denomination is extremely scarce.
