    St. Cesaire, LC- W.U. Chaffers 1 Chelin/1 Shilling/ 24 Sous-12 Sous/6 Pence July 6, 1837 Ch. # QC-75-10-06R Uncut Pair
    A two-subject remainder sheet with both notes having French and English texts. The top note has a vignette of a reverse and an obverse of an 1836 Bust Dime. The vignette of the bottom note is only of the reverse of a Bust Dime. These were payable in current bank notes of Montreal. This scrip is listed on page 110 of Canadian Merchant Scrip by R.J. Graham. This note formerly resided in the famous George Thomas collection that was built during the middle of the Twentieth Century. PMG Extremely Fine 40.
