DescriptionMontreal, PQ- Royal Bank of Canada $5 Jan. 2, 1912 Charlton 630-12-04 UNL Face Model
This is a truly important Canadian numismatic item as this model has several hand-written engraving suggestions for this proposed note that would not be issued until 1913. In fact, work began on this model in 1911, and that date was overlayed with a 1912 date. This model is mounted on card stock. The actual model is Crisp Uncirculated while the card stock shows handling and a chipped corner. Date stamps and the ABNCo, Ottawa address are found on the back of this informative model that is truly a treat to behold.
