    No issued $100 notes from the Bank of Hamilton's 1904 issue are known outside of institutions. This piece is the first example of this denomination from this bank to grace our auctions in any form. King Edward's portrait is seen at left, with ornate lathework seen on both sides of this color Specimen. Full margins and a deep red SPECIMEN overprint add to the eye appeal.
