    This example is the variety with a black line and without a hyphen. Lord Grey served as the Governor General of Canada from 1904 to 1911. In 1905, he was also appointed as the Commander-in-Chief of the Dominion of Canada. Both Lord and Lady Grey championed social reform. Additionally, Lady Grey encouraged beautiful gardens in Ottawa in a contest that became known as the "Lady Grey Competitions." Even circulation is observed on this $1. PMG Fine 12.
