    Description

    BC-26b $50 1937
The orange and black colors add to the appeal of this Very Fine+ $50. The design on the back features the Radio vignette engraved by Robert Savage based on a painting by A.E. Foringer. Savage (1868-1943) is considered one of the greatest engravers of the twentieth century. He loved his work and once told another engraver that he would rather engrave than go on vacation.
