Milton 2E50R.5a 50¢ Second Issue Experimental Back PMG About Uncirculated 55.Milton #2E50R.5a Experimentals almost always come with some flaws as is the case here. It has the bronze oval on one side and a bright carmine back with corner surcharges "18-63-T-1" on the other side. It is stamped "SPECIMEN" in blue and is cancelled with two semi-circular holes. It was also previously mounted with minor pencil writing on the back.
