Fr. 1329 50¢ Third Issue Spinner PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.Many examples of this scarcer Friedberg number are fully Uncirculated, but they group up in the 63 and 64 grades. PMG has graded 60 examples twenty-four of which grade 63 or 64. This is a lone 67 with nothing above it. PMG has crowded the back of the holder with accolades..."Exceptional Paper Quality", "Great Margins", and "Vivid Details". This is a truly nice note that deserves its position as top-pop.
