Russia Chaikovskii Government 25 Rubles 1919 Pick S148 PMG About Uncirculated 55.Rose colored paper and light green inks are seen throughout this scarce 25 Rubles from the 1919 issue. This large format note holds the second highest grade of the four total examples registered in the PMG Population Report. Highly desirable, especially in this condition.
