South Saint Paul, MN - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 Stockyards NB Ch. # (M)6732South Saint Paul actually lies in Dakota County, just over the Mississippi River from Saint Paul. It was one of the larger meant packing cities, thus the popular Stockyards National Bank title. While not a particularly rare bank, it is the lone issuer in the city, and this note would easily be its most desirable due to its status as a serial number one Red.
