McHenry, ND - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 599 The First NB Ch. # (W)8124A great new discovery which is offered here for the first time at public sale. This bank was the sole issuer in McHenry, a tiny community of just 71 people in 2000. Although two notes are reported, both have long been held as part of major North Dakota holdings, with no note from this bank ever having been offered at public sale. PMG Very Fine 25 Net, with a small tape repair on the reverse more than offset by the note's bright paper, bold overprint, and clear pen signatures.
