Continental Currency February 17, 1776 $3 PCGS Apparent Fine 15.A note with a better appearance than the grade might suggest, this note has the added benefit of having signed by John Bayard Smith, a member of the Continental Congress who signed the Articles of Confederation. The apparent grade was assigned due to small edge splits and a missing lower right corner tip.
