Fr. 1236SP/1238SP 5¢ Third Issue Wide Margin Set of Three PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ, Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ and Choice Uncirculated 63.The 66 EPQ is the Red Back. And it certainly qualifies for that grade. The 65 EPQ is the face, which is indeed a full Gem. The Choice Uncirculated 63 is the Green Back. That back shows a bold "S" from the CSA paper as well as the full plate number 19. All three holders have comments. The Face and Red Back bear "Exceptional Paper Quality," and the Green Back says "Previously Mounted," which is accurate but barely visible. (Total: 3 notes)
