It was printed on "U(nited) S(tates) T(reasury) D(epartment)" watermarked paper by the Bureau of Engraving & Printing while Treasurer of the United States Ellis H. Roberts was in office (1897-1905). Choice About Uncirculated, small internal tear and tiny edge nick.
