A lovely note, this offering comes from a small run of high grade Red Seals from this better Norwalk bank, none of which have been seen on the market for almost ten years. All of the known pieces have some light handling and/or minor flaws, but they all feature vibrant color, embossing, and an attractive appearance. That includes this pretty note that does have a small erasure and pinholes.
