The condition of this note is simply breathtaking. Though Bombay is the the financial center of India, 1000 Rupee notes from any location are rare. This well preserved example allows the collector to enjoy this denomination as if it was freshly printed, with all underprint inks and details well preserved. PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 45, repaired edge tears and removed ink.
