Continental Currency May 9, 1776 $7 PMG Fine 12. John Sellers and Isaac Pearson signed this $7 note. This is one of the higher denominations from this overlooked issue. The emblem for this denomination illustrates a major sea storm and the motto is SERENABIT (it will be calm). Hall and Sellers printed these notes. Adhesive, seen at the corners on the back, was mentioned by PMG.
