Continental Currency May 9, 1776 $7 PMG Fine 12. John Sellers and Isaac Pearson signed this $7 note. This is one of the higher denominations from this overlooked issue. The emblem for this denomination illustrates a major sea storm and the motto is SERENABIT (it will be calm). Hall and Sellers printed these notes. Adhesive, seen at the corners on the back, was mentioned by PMG.Auction Info
