A beautiful Alaska Red Seal which has it all. This example, the top note on one of the last sheets to be cut, has retained its top selvage. It is bright and crisp, with a vivid red overprint contrasting with the two color pen signatures. While there is a tiny handling pinch at the bottom, which only serves to remove the note from the gem class, this is easily as nice as any Alaska Red Seal we've seen offered in recent years. With the small supply of these now widely distributed in very strong hands, we are now seeing much longer intervals between offerings of any Alaska Red Seals, and in fact we've seen no others on the market in over two years.
