McMinnville, TN - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 634 The Peoples NB Ch. # 2593The Kelly census lists a dozen notes, none of which match this gorgeous Very Fine-Extremely Fine example in grade. It is bright, crisp, original, and has fantastic stamped signatures and outstanding eye appeal with claims to the full XF grade. Certainly the highest grade note from here we've ever heard of or seen, and likely to be unimprovable.
