Very Scarce Petaluma National Gold Bank Note
Petaluma, CA - $10 Original National Gold Bank Note Fr. 1149 The First National Gold Bank Ch. # 2193One of the true rarities in the O'Neal holdings, as Petaluma National Gold Bank Notes are seldom offered and virtually impossible to find. There are a few small flaws here, including some pin holes and internal splits and a tiny nick or two in the margins, but basically this is a most acceptable circulated example from one of the rarest of all the National Gold Bank Notes. It's surprisingly bright for a note which has seen the circulation it has, and its pen signatures are bold and clear. Very Good, ex-Lowell Horwedel collection, where it realized $7475 two years ago.
