Description

Fr. 2230-F $10000 1928 Federal Reserve Note. About Uncirculated.
This is one of three examples from the Atlanta district listed in the new Sullivan census. It's an exceptionally bright note which looks new at first appearance. There is one unclosed pinhole, and several pinholes which have been closed and repaired, although not so skillfully that they are not readily apparent upon close examination. Atlanta is actually the most "common" of any of the issuing districts in this series, and this would be the perfect note for the collector who desires just one example of this extremely rare type and denomination.
