Fr. 951a $10 1914 Federal Reserve Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Purely a Type note with 167 pieces listed in Track & Price. We are not sure what limited this Superb-looking piece to the 65 EPQ grade, but whatever it was does not show through the holder.
