Fr. 368 $10 1890 Treasury Note PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. This 1890 Treasury Ten is the final number of its type and has the small red scalloped seal. The backs of these 1890 Treasury Notes showcase the Victorian Era's engraving excesses. Every modicum of available space is completely covered with vines, leaves, curlicues, swirls and engine turnings.
