Fr. 355 $2 1890 Treasury Note PMG Very Fine 30. Of the 74 known notes, a surprising number grade XF and over, leaving very few evenly circulated pieces for collectors. This VF 30 is perfect for the grade with excellent margins, ideal color, and tons of eye appeal. As with so many of Tom's notes, technical grade was not an issue, but obtaining a piece that was very attractive for its grade was.
