Multiple Third Print Offsets
Fr. 2080-L $20 1993 Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Very Fine 35PPQ.A highly unusual discovery error in that the third printing offset on the back of this San Francisco $20 amazingly displays five different serial numbers. The offset is extremely dark due to the fact that the last digit continued to change making the Treasury and district seals especially bold. Several consecutive folded sheets or a paper jam of sorts could have caused the placement of serial numbers 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65 on the back. Expect this major error to attract some serious attention.
