Description
North Carolina July 14, 1760 £3 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35. This is the highest denomination from this issue, with a printing of only 1000 pieces, of which this is number 972. All four signatures are clearly legible, and the note is very well margined with far less than the normal problems seen on this weak-paper issue. There are a number of minor repaired edge splits which account for the apparent grade. As is typical for North Carolina, the back of the note is covered with contemporary endorsements. From The Midnight Ride Collection
