T2 $500 1861 PF-1.A very desirable PMG Choice Very Fine 35 example of this very important Confederate rarity. Fricke states in his Field Edition that T2 is likely rarer than the fabled T35 Indian Princess note. Tonight's T2 note possesses nice color, bright paper, strong signatures, and not a trace of restoration. This is simply an attractive note that is certain to delight even the most fastidious of collectors. This $500 was once hinged, a very common practice among early paper money collectors.
