Continental Loan Office Bill of Exchange Second Bill- $18 Sept. 17, 1781 Anderson US-95/MD-4A. PMG Very Fine 30. James Dick was the payee on this bill signed by Hopkinson along with Thomas Harwood for the state of Maryland. Anderson's rating for this variety is Low R7, 7 to 12 known. The value of this example is further increased by the fact that the watermark is the rarer "UNITED STATES 2."
