India Reserve Bank of India 5 Rupees ND (1943) Pick 23bA boldly embossed example of this much scarcer Red Serial Number variety. This fully uncirculated piece is the nicest we have handled, with a recent offering of a PMG graded EF 40 EPQ realizing $1150. Two as-made staple holes are present and noted by the grading service. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
