In 2006 Jacco was voted onto the board of the NVMH (Dutch association of Coin Dealers), and elected President of the board in 2009, serving a 6 year term ending in 2012. In 2015 he became President again. Jacco also serves as one of the experts of the NVMH Committee for Numismatic Certification. He also served as a member of the board of SBN (Foundation to Promote Numismatics) from 2006 until 2015, is one of the judges of Krause's COTY (Coin Of The Year – Award), and holds memberships in TMV (Association for Registered Appraisers), Hobéon – recognized – and KGMPK (Royal Society for Coins and Medals).

Marcel Frissen joined the Heritage family in 2020 as Operations Director – World Paper Money, and is currently operating from Heritage’s office in the Netherlands. He started collecting world coins and currency at eight years old, after receiving a simple Netherland 5 Gulden note from his grandparents. Over the years, he has increasingly specialized in currency.
After serving in the military, Marcel participated in numerous coin shows all over Europe and Scandinavia and is an active member of a number of European numismatic organizations. Together, he and his wife often enjoy travelling and continuing to build their large collection of currency & coins.
Marcel is conversant in Dutch, English, and German.

Olivia Collier is a Consignment Director in the Currency department at Heritage Auctions, where she combines academic expertise with a keen eye for historical material. Since joining the industry, she has developed a reputation for her research-driven approach and her enthusiasm for collecting across multiple categories.
Originally from Hull, East Yorkshire, Olivia holds both a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology and a Master's degree in International Cultural Heritage—with Distinction—from Durham University. Before transitioning to the auction world, she worked in archaeology, museums, and heritage sites, bringing a strong cultural perspective to her role in numismatics.
Although her professional focus is on currency, Olivia is a multidisciplinary collector with interests in natural history, antiquities, maps, books, and illustrations. Within banknotes, she is especially drawn to designs that incorporate archaeological themes or historic sites, as well as vibrant and experimental colour trial specimens.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys frequent visits to museums and galleries—particularly the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Her hobbies include painting, writing, skiing, and spending time with her family in Hull.
